We are excited to announce our first Silent Auction. Bidding will begin at 2:00pm on Thursday, October 19, 2023 and will close at 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Check out the wonderful goods, services, gift cards, and tickets donated by many generous businesses. In addition, some of our wonderful CGES admin members donated experiences to our auction that shouldn't be missed! All proceeds from our auction will go towards events and student enrichment initiatives run by our PTA. We are raising money to help fund field trip transportation, bring STEM programs to the school, and help support our school community as needed. The CGES PTA is starting a Gardening Club! Starting Saturday, October 7th, we will have gardening and clean up on every Saturday morning from 8a-10a through November 18th. Kids are welcome to come. We have reached out to local landscaping companies for donations and have applied for various grants. Fingers crossed we get some support! We'll be addressing the Main Courtyard, the Kindergarten Courtyard, and the outdoor space where the portables were removed. Please click HERE to sign up for a Saturday! Dear Clarksburg Cluster Families: We invite you to join us on October 13, 2023 for Clarksburg Cluster Night at Coyote Canyon! Clarksburg will play against Damascus so it will be an exciting game for all of our families! The Clarksburg Sports Association will also be there to enjoy the night with us! This Night has been a few years in the making and we hope we can have great representation from our fellow Clarksburg Cluster Schools. Families can arrive starting at 5:30pm. We'll have a PTA table set up, so come find us and say HELLO! Everyone will line up for the parade at around 6:00pm or so, following the direction and guide of Mr. Ed Dalton, CHS's Athletic Director.
